I really appreciate your reply and I am honestly really embarrassed that I just plain forgot to include Indigenous people in this article- as I stand on their land and participate in a system that continues to exploit them. I went to Paige Arizona to visit a friend who is a teacher there and saw the reservations. I think it's a tragic reality that the US 'pretends' there are no longer any Native Americans left and ignores the fact that we still have Native Land and Native Peoples that we continue to harm everyday. I will admit, I am undereducated about some of the recent historical factors of Native American policies that shaped the developments, do you think I should add that in to this article after research?
